All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Europe: Estimated delivery within 4–10 business days

  • Other countries: Estimated delivery within 6–10 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders as part of promotions.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout. NN Bodies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
 

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must include original packaging and tags

  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as undergarments or bodysuits worn without protective liners) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
 

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for the next steps.
 

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will resolve the issue promptly.
